A VOLTE RITORNANO.
Bellissimo posto da ritornarci assolutamente, posizione perfetta per visitare tutta la zona. Pulito e silenzioso.

We found a rat inside our apartment and reported it to you more than two hours ago. You told us that someone would come to remove it, but nobody has arrived yet. This is a serious hygiene and safety issue, and waiting more than two hours for someone to respond is unacceptable. We are checking out today, so please send someone immediately and confirm in writing how you intend to address this situation.
