NO HOT WATER FOR DURRATION OF STAY
Location
No hot water for the duration of our stay, we had to boil kettle to wash and to clean dishes. Owner contacted on day one, took 24 hrs to respond and then heard nothing further with regards to updates of progress to resolve the issue. Left after a three night stay with there still being no hot water. Had to shower at friends accommodation. Not good enough standards and response to issues in my opinion. Accommodation would also benefit from a good clean and better kitchen utensils/equipment
