The front desk is open Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm. It is closed on weekends and on public holidays. Guests arriving outside of front desk hours are asked to contact the property in advance to obtain instructions and access codes. Access codes will be provided once the entire stay has been paid for. Please note that credit card details used at the time of booking may be used to charge: - EUR 170 for any damages incurred to the accommodations during your stay - EUR 150 if the non-smoking policy is not followed - EUR 20 if the access card or keys are not returned upon departure The studio cannot accommodate extra beds.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
