    Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Garten mit Gartenmöbeln lädt zum Verweilen ein. Eine an sich tolle Unterkunft, deren Gesamteindruck jedoch durch den schlechten Umgang mit dem Defekt und den mangelhaften Kundenservice an der Rezeption deutlich getrübt wurde.

    Die Balkontür in der Wohnküche war während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts defekt und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Dadurch war ein normales Lüften im Hauptraum die gesamte Woche nicht möglich. Wir haben auch gekocht. Als Ersatz mussten wir die Balkontür im Schlafzimmer nutzen, welche sich aufgrund der Bettposition lediglich ca. 50 cm öffnen ließ. Beim Check-in wurden wir nicht über den Defekt informiert. Auf der Türklinke der Balkontür lag eine beschriftete Pappe einer Küchenrolle mit der Aufschrift" Tür defekt nicht öffnen ". Auf Nachfrage gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Entgegenkommen , sondern lediglich den beiläufigen Hinweis, dass Ersatzteile bestellt seien und wir schließlich die Schlafzimmertür nutzen könnten. Lobenswert war der Umgang mit der Beschwerde des Kundenservice von Booking com.
