  הדירה מתאימה במיוחד למי שמגיע לאזור כדי לטייל או לעשות סקי במהלך היום, ורוצה לחזור בסופו למקום נעים, נוח ומאובזר היטב, ש

  מיקום פשוט מושלם! הדירה נמצאת באזור נהדר, קרוב לבתי קפה ומאפיות שכיף לרדת אליהם בבוקר ולקנות בגט טרי. יש גם המון סופרמרקטים בסביבה, מה שהופך את השהות לנוחה במיוחד. הדירה שקיבלנו הייתה מרווחת ונעימה, עם מטבח גדול, מאובזר להפליא, וניכר שחשבו בו על כל פרט קטן! היה לנו ממש נוח וכיף להכין ארוחות בעצמנו בכל יום. המיקום מצוין גם למי שאוהב לטייל בטבע. במרחק של 20–30 דקות נסיעה אפשר להגיע להמון מסלולי טיול יפהפיים. בנוסף, במרחק של כחמש דקות הליכה מהדירה נמצא האגם, בסמוך למלון גרנד, עם טיילת מקסימה ונוחה להליכה. המיטה נוחה ברמות, והמאפייה שנמצאת ממש ליד הדירה מעולה! ואריקה פשוט מקסימה! היא הייתה זמינה, שירותית, אדיבה ועזרה לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים לאורך השהות. נהנינו מאוד מהדירה ומהמיקום שלה, ובהחלט נשמח לחזור! ממליצים בחום ❤️

  Fijn appartement en centraal gelegen

  Zeer centraal gelegen in Zell am See en toch rustig. Parkeerplek tegenover de cityexpress skilift. 100 m naar binnenstad. Bus stopt voor de deur

  There are a couple of good things about this place. First, the location is really good. It is close to anywhere and more importantly it is close to main bus stop so it is easier to get to some places if you don't have a car. Other good thing is that the kitchen has all the necessary appliances. However the cleanness of some of the plates etc. is questionable. The receptionist was a helpful and lovely lady. She tried to help. What was interesting is that the reception was open for a very limited time. But this was not a big deal for us.

  The bed mattress: The worst I had in my life probably. It is softer than a sponge and you basically sink in it while sleeping. And they have 2 single beds attached together for a couple bed and there is literally a gorge between them so you can not comfortable sleep with your partner. We had to sleep on the sofa as we had backpains after the first night. !!!! The owner: One of the rudest hotel owner I have ever seen. We had the issue that they gave us another room than what we have selected online, without informing us beforehand. We did not like the new room. He tried to solve the issue. However he barely listened to me, never apologized and also kept interrupting me. The way he talks was as if he know the best and he did the best for us. However he has no idea how to be customer centric and a empathetic human being. When I told him we go another place, the reply was simply "sure you can leave anytime". And when I asked him what about the money he just ignored it knowing that there is not much I could do as the payment was already processes.
