Apartments Steingrasse is my new home away from home whenever I come to Salzburg!
This is an exceptional apartment located in the heart of Salzburg. It was wonderful to live like a local for a few days in this magical city!
I needed some simple instructions on how to work the washing machine/dryer and microwave. (Also the TV.) Also suggestions on where to dispose trash outside the apartment. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great location but could be noisy
The apartment is well located but since it is the heart of the old town with old buildings you could not keep the windows open because it was too noisy when people were walking downstairs. The apartment is well furnished and near all sightseeings spots.

Quiet location
The apartment was close to transportation, attractions and restaurants. The street it is on is very quiet. The owner helped me immediately with a couple of minor problems

All about the location! I would stay again.
The location was incredible. Easy walk to everything. Restaurants and shops walkable. Partial view of the fortress was great. Plenty of space for two people. Very quiet and historic building. We didn't use the kitchen really but it was appointed very well. The place was clean. Great value for where you are and size of the unit. Would stay again.
An option to store luggage for an early arrival would have been great. The cupboard mounted above the toilet caused us both to crack our heads multiple times. Hostess that gave us the keys didn't speak a lot of English but it worked ok. There is no air conditioning which we knew before hand. On the hotter days, the window breeze didn't cool it off well and it was pretty warm.
