A spacious apartment, but the difficult access, limited equipment, communication issues, and road no

My experience at this property was disappointing. When we arrived, we were met by a woman who did not speak English and were given the key to accommodation on the third floor. In my opinion, the staircase felt steep and difficult to use, especially when carrying luggage or travelling with children. The apartment itself was spacious, but I found it insufficiently equipped, and several basic items appeared to be missing. The toilet was located in a separate room from the shower, which was inconvenient for us. I also had difficulty obtaining the Wi-Fi password. I had to go downstairs and look for assistance again, and communication was not easy. In addition, the property is located close to a main road, and we experienced considerable traffic noise. Overall, this was not a comfortable stay for me and my family, and based on my personal experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again.
