Very good
The property is situated in a great location. There is a supermarket and a metro station right nearby. The atmosphere is very quiet and pleasant, and they provided standard facilities , overall worth it .
These people take a long time to reply. Try to speed that up a bit.

Can only recommend this place to people who like being ignored and insulted.
Great location near a subway station. Passable interior.
Lack of privacy: Contrary to what is said in the description, you only rent a room and not the whole apartment. You can always hear other people walking around, talking, watching TV, etc., thus there is no sense of privacy or being alone at all. Moreover, it looks like some people who seem to be working for the owner also reside in the apartment, and on our last night here one of them started a quite noisy washing machine after midnight. Equipment and appliances not functioning properly: Only one of the two bedside lamps was actually working. The shower’s connection was so leaky the water literally flew from both ends of the shower head, which, by the way, was extremely dirty (see the photos). Terrible service: The bed sheet had a hole in it. There was no duvet cover, and the duvet kept shedding feathers from the seams (again, see the photos). On the day we checked in, we only had an almost-finished roll of toilet paper in our room. We asked the owner if it would be replaced, and he answered that the cleaning stuff will replace it on the following day, but we never saw neither a new roll of paper nor any signs of cleaning. Rude host: We might have given this place a higher score if it were not for the owner’s manner of communication. Calling him impolite would actually be a compliment: he treats his guests like an annoyance rather than customers and seems to think that’s completely fine. All in all, this is a strange case of a hospitality business run by a very inhospitable person.

Davveto imbarazzante
