    Fantastic breakfast, room was good average for this class

    If I experienced very friendly and professional staff in many hotels in Vietnam, here especially some of the older generations were hardly ever smiling. Bad HR culture or just a bad day?

    The perfect hotel to experience Hanoi Old Quarter and relax when you need to escape the chaos.

    Great location by the lake. Very comfortable. Staff was really nice and welcoming.

    Most rooms face on internal courtyard or wall of next property. A trade off we were willing to make given all the other extra the hotel offers.

    Nice hotel, classy feel without feeling overbearing and all the facilities you need to visit Hanoi!

    Lovely hotel in a great location very close to all the sights and attractions of Hanoi. The staff were lovely, attentive and very helpful at all times. The hotel itself felt quite classy but not snobby in any way. The rooms was good, albeit next time we will book a room with a view. Rooftop bar is a bonus along with a great pool. Gym was good a serviced by a nice attendant who was happy to help. Would recommend as it is a great base for seeing what Hanoi has to offer. The city itself is lovely, vibrant busy and full of culture - what a great place to spend a few days in this wonderful country with such warm genuine people. We will be back!

    Will pick a bigger room next time with a view, other than this no complaints. If you book this location you will not be unhappy at all as it is a good hotel for a city visit!

    I got a massive discount but would pay full price I loved it so much.

    Everything!!! The location is great, the decor and facilities are excellent. The free water bottles are a nice shape. The beds comfy, the old school decor and phones in the room are luxury. I could keep going, I loved this hotel.

    They didn't have fresh coconut water.
