    It’s a good price, and modern. Basic and good for short stay.

    Modern design. Great shared kitchen and space is optimised. Decor is fresh, good supply of coffee in the room. Best made of small space.

    Bed so uncomfortable. Very noisy road. Parking very expensive (not properties doing, just be aware) Sink in bathroom on top of toilet, so quite a challenge to brush teeth. Shower is very compact. Needs a thorough clean. Dirt behind sofa cushion, bed when pulled down and there was hair on shower wall. Needs a mirror in living area.

    All fixtures so cheap and rickety. Multiple stories and stair tread less than half my foot size. Bad for people with mobility problems

    Beach Location

    I liked the location, 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the bus stop.

    I didn't like that to watch TV you had to sign into your own personal streaming service if you have one. And the free view channels could only be watched if you registered with the app.
