Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs an additional cost. While we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not offer compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line. We have good IT support, and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair or replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3-pin adapters. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Zentral und doch ruhig
Die Lage ist super. Total im Zentrum und doch ruhig.
Die 56 Treppenstufen zur Wohnung waren eine Herausforderung für mich. Zum Glück haben Tochter und Enkeltochter mit dem Gepäck geholfen.

The location is absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay in London. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed, so we didn’t miss a thing. The service was excellent, with very quick responses whenever we had a question or needed assistance. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There were a few limitations, but they were clearly communicated to us before booking, so we knew exactly what to expect. We decided to book the apartment because it offered excellent value for money at a very attractive price, especially considering its fantastic location. Everything was explained in advance, our expectations were well managed, and there were no unpleasant surprises. Overall, we were very happy with our choice.

ok but I would not go again
Location is perfect. Clear instructions to find the place.
The sink was very unpractical. Very small, in a corner, with a normal size faucet it was very inconvenient. Regarding the toiletries. While it is true that it is clearly stated in the instructions that only 35ml toiletry will be available, I thought they meant per person. What s the point of providing it? Feels like they just want to be able to state on booking that they provide them, but the quantity is ridiculous. The most annoying thing was the sofa bed. I assumed there was a sofa bed that could be open and become a real bed. It is instead a normal couch were you sleep by removing the big pillows. The bed was not even done and the bedsheets were obviously too big for it.
