Parties are NOT allowed. The use of the property for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to good customs, or those that represent danger to the property, are NOT permitted. The house has a decibel monitor and cameras in the external parts, for security reasons and compliance with the rules. Guests are allowed as long as they are all over age (legal age) and do not stay overnight. If they spend the night on site they must be included in the reservation. Everyone must have a valid identity document (Passport, ID card, etc.) Sound thresholds should never exceed 75 decibels, for the good and tranquility of the neighborhood. If these thresholds are exceeded, a warning will be given, if a SECOND warning is necessary for noncompliance with the rules, a fine of 200 USD will be charged. Sexual tourism with minors is totally prohibited and can lead to sanctions and even jail time. If you cause any damage to the property, you must immediately notify the host. Help us by being aware of the environment and while you are not there, turn off the lights, air conditioners and leave all the water taps closed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.     Unfortunately; First time in Medellin, first and luckily last bad experience.

    Unfortunately, I was never able to stay at the rented place. When we arrived in Medellin, and after having paid for the stay well in advance and having it confirmed, we were informed upon our arrival that the same place had been rented to other people on the same dates. Braulio moved us to another property for that night and the next day to another one. Even though they did what was necessary to fix the mistake, it was very uncomfortable for us; we lost time to enjoy as we had planned. The apartment we stayed in was finally in good condition, and although it didn't have air conditioning like the place, we rented at first, it was fine without it and the temperature was pleasant. But the apartment is on a hill, and if you don't have transportation, it's very hard to get around on foot.

    Appartamento splendido che può migliorare

    Appartamento con un potenziale enorme. Molto grande con giardino ben curato, tv grande con netflix, stanza da letto che sembrava una suite, e doccia enorme. Padrone di casa sempre disponibile e chiaro nelle informazioni. Vicino a un centro commerciale con molti ristoranti, palestra e un piccolo minimarket.

    Il potenziale purtroppo non è espresso al 100%. Ci vorrebbe più cura negli interni, soprattutto il secondo bagno e la seconda stanza da letto. Uno stendono per stendere i vestiti sarebbe utilissimo, e anche un asse da stiro.
