    Excelente localização, muito próximo de tudo, praias, comércios em geral. O apto estava bem limpinho, a Sra. Vanuza nos recebeu muito bem e foi muito gentil. O Sr. Décio muito atencioso e prestativo. Enfim, recomendo o apto, é um ótimo custo /benefício.

    Pertinho da praia. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Proprietário muito atencioso.

    Apartamento de terceiro andar, sem elevador e não há indicação desse porém na descrição do imóvel.
