⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Experience – Exceptional Hospitality!
Our stay at Apu Mountain Lodge was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. I can honestly say this was the best hospitality experience I have ever received at any hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like old friends rather than guests. The owner went above and beyond, providing personal attention and assistance that made our stay incredibly special. The entire staff was exceptional—genuinely warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed. But what really sets Apu Mountain Lodge apart is the people. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests are something you rarely experience, even at the finest luxury hotels. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, but the level of personal service and hospitality we experienced here was unlike anything I've encountered before. Thank you to the owner and the entire team for making our visit to Peru so memorable. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. I cannot recommend Apu Mountain Lodge highly enough. If you're visiting Cusco, this is a truly special place to stay!

Charming hotel with friendly personal.
The hotel staff was so friendly, it was a pretty good location (view over the whole city), and the food they served was delicious!

Great place with a plumbing problem
Amazing service. Big rooms, comfortable beds, big windows with outstanding views of Cusco city and the mountains beyond. Tasty breakfast..
The plumbing definitely needs a look. I had to call the reception everytime I wanted to have a shower since the water pressure was non existent but it was fixed as soon as I called , so I guess it's a question of switching on the pressure pump on demand. Once in the middle of the shower the hot water stopped and I had to complete the shower in freezing cold water.
