  A las 23h una habitación estaba haciendo mucho ruido, con la música muy alta. Llamamos a recepción para indicarlo. Finalmente tuvimos que ir a buscar que habitación estaba haciendo ruido(era la del piso de abajo), bajar a recepción y entonces si les pidieron que bajaran la música. La zona en la que está no es muy bonita. El desayuno normal. El agua de la ducha cambiaba de temperatura constantemente. El colchón estaba un poco vencido en el medio. No es la calidad que esperaba de un hotel 4*.

  what a disappointment right at the entrance...i was 3 steps right behind a woman who carried coffee to go into the hotel. the door was opened for her with a smile, and the door was closed right before my nose...it was the manager himself, i found out latervthat day. I said, excuse me, i have a reservation here. with an arrogant look he said, oh sorry, didn't see you, and turned away...no hello, nothing, if you don't see a customer thrue a glas door,  trying to walk in, you are not qualified for this job at all. you are the manager, Sir.  I am in this business myself, so i know what i am talking about. You DO NOT deserve this job at all...at least the young woman at the reception was kind of friendly. The room did not have all the ammenities it said in the description. I had a contemporary room, a lot of damaged furniture, no safe, minibar was just a fridge, no coat rack and/or coat hanger or hand desinfection like promised, and the hand desinfect at the reception was empty...so this was misleading info as well. The furniture for the balcony was in the closet and i had to carry it out myself and  had to but the table together myself. This is not 4**** accomodation. I wanted to book diner reservation and breakfast later on, but because of you i changed my mind. And had once again a nice experience in town instead. The next morning i saw Mr. Manager again. I said good Morning...No reply from him...well as a paying guest, i should be greated, actually first, you failed again...You have no qualification for this Job. If i would be the owner of this Hotel, I would let you go, right away. You are damaging for this Hotel. The young man at the reception at check out time was very friendly, you could learn from him, how to treat your guests. I have stayed in simple houses as well as Grand Hotels all my life, this never happend to me. Portugal is full of friendly people, but you are not one of them....very sad indeed
