    Clean and cozy flat in the new Batumi district. Close to the beach and restaurants. Good chose for that price for a few days stay.

    Overall, our stay was good value for the price. The apartment was clean when we arrived, with fresh towels, clean bed linen, and spotless floors. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. We would especially like to thank the host for being very responsive and helpful. He kindly helped my mother find the apartment before I arrived, and we really appreciated his support. There were a few things that could be improved. The sofa had a noticeable cigarette smell, the water pressure was quite weak, and we were disappointed that the swimming pool shown in the photos was not included in the accommodation price. One thing to keep in mind is that airplanes fly overhead, so it can be noisy at times. However, we actually enjoyed watching them pass so closely – it became a unique part of our stay. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, we had a pleasant experience, and the apartment offers good value for the money.
