    This place is disgusting and you are not providing the accommodations presented online.

    I liked that it was 10 mins from the venue I needed to go to

    The check in process is lacking. The older woman is there is obviously totally cool with operating at her own pace with total disregard to the guests time. She was doing everything except for checking me in. Talking to people about towels, cleaning etc. I finally had to mention that I was running late for an event and she then proceeded to give me keys that didn’t work on my room door. Had to rush back down to get new cards. The property is dirty, gross, stains every where, the “bed” was a lumpy mess that could have had body parts for the stuffing. One of the lamps didn’t have the part to actually turn the lamp on. The floor is peeling up from the moisture in the bathroom. Listen, this is a crackhead haven where shoes on at all times are a must. Super disappointed and honestly feel like I was robbed. It’s obvious that booking.com deletes bad reviews cause this place was terrible and not worth an effing cent.
