location was good for short travel to Disney World

property needs some immediate upgrading and essential repairs. pool condition was very poor and we could not use it during the majority of our stay as it was dirty and unhygienic with thick green algae. serious water ingress into the dining room and front bedroom. dirty water entered from under the skirting boards and above the bedroom window blind. plaster collapsed and bedding was very wet and could not be used. water ingress at the extractor fan in upstairs bathroom 4post room. also the tap gave very hot water only. no cold. dangerous to use. games room equipment needs replacing

We had an awesome time. We had to postpone twice and the owner was very understanding and friendly. We enjoyed it and the grandkids (as well as all us older kids) enjoyed the pool. Great stay!

Disappointed in the cleanliness. Pictures showed a pool table and the pool table arrived on the last night of our stay because we asked about the pool table.
