    Great value and location cannot be beat!

    Large apartment with views of the harbor. The large windows were a plus letting in natural light. Location is great! Plenty to do and see by foot. Next door to Kodiak Market. Lots of restaurant choices. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Abel was helpful and offered to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs and also provided extra blankets. Anna, the owner was responsive to questions and provided door code. The shower was hot and powerful! A space heater was enough to make the temperature comfortable. Overall excellent choice for me with value for the money.

    Some things were left over from previous tenant, a sign that the apartment could use a deep cleaning and especially a good dusting.

    Right in center, big room, kitchen, view

    Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was nothing in the room. The manager told us we could have breakfast in the restaurant downstairs free of charge as a compensation. The restaurant manager was not happy at all with this and we had a big discussion, but in the end they gave us free breakfast for the days we stayed there

    Great stay convenietly located near the car ferry port for touring Kodiak.

    Location and cleanliness. Good space and room to stretch out. Walk to restaurants and local shopping.

    Steep stairs, no elevator. Loud music at night from the club downstairs in the complex.
