  Great value for money and good location, fantastic staff!

  Great walking distance from the Main Street of Canggu. Large villa, well laid out. Great kitchen and outdoor area. Staff were so accommodating and the Breig group very communicative!

  Could do with a good deep clean, Villa was tidy but could do with a deep clean especially the outdoor space and rooftop space. Pool needs a good scrub and dose of chlorine.

  Will not recommend this place

  Unfortunately, our stay fell well below our expectations, especially considering the expensive price we paid. We experienced several issues that affected our family’s comfort, safety and overall enjoyment.

  We booked two villas to accommodate 16 people and were extremely disappointed with the standard of accommodation and service provided. Unfortunately, our stay fell well below our expectations, especially considering the expensive price we paid. We experienced several issues that affected our family’s comfort, safety and overall enjoyment. The issues included the following: * Missing items: Items were missing after the cleaning team had serviced the villas. * Insufficient bedding: Two of our children did not have beds provided. Instead of resolving this as part of our booking for 16 people, the administration team asked us to pay extra for additional beds. We believe suitable sleeping arrangements should have been provided for all guests included in our reservation. * Poor cleanliness: The couches in both villas were not clean, and there were bugs, insects and ants throughout the properties. * Pest problems and gaps under doors: There were gaps underneath all the doors, allowing centipedes and other insects to enter the villas. The number of bugs was excessive and made our stay very uncomfortable. * Incomplete daily cleaning: The cleaners did not complete the cleaning properly each day. There was also insufficient toilet paper, and towels were not provided in the back room. * Privacy and security concerns: The external security camera appeared to be positioned in a way that could potentially capture the outside bathroom area. This made us feel uncomfortable, insecure and concerned about our privacy. Due to an emergency, we had to leave the property earlier than planned. Despite this, we still paid the full amount for our stay. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. We paid a significant amount for two villas that were meant to comfortably accommodate our family of 16, yet we were left dealing with cleanliness issues, pest infestations, inadequate bedding, missing items and concerns about our privacy.
