La posizione della struttura è fantastica si trova a pochi km sia da Stresa che da Verbania e c'è una spiaggia proprio davanti al residence basta attraversare la strada. L'appartamento è piccolo ma arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i confort necessari (compresa la cucina anche se piccolina c'è davvero tuto). Nota positiva che ci sono due terrazzi uno dei quali veramente bello grande con tavolino e sedie per potersi rilassare con un bel libro. Parcheggio disponibile direttamente nella struttura. Peccato essere stata solo a fine stagione quando la piscina era già chiusa questo è un ottimo pretesto per tornare.

L'emplacement au bord du lac, c'est calme. Propre. Parking
Pas de wifi, ce n'est pas grave en soi mais c'est important de le signaler. Pas vraiment d'interaction avec le propriétaire. Ce sont des cheks-in automatiques.

Heerlijke plek, comfortabel , rustig, prachtige omgeving
Goed compleet ingericht appartementje. Goed bed. Prima keukentje en douche! Leuk balkon. Prima zwembad. Mooie lokatie bij prima strandje en restaurants.
Riool lucht in de badkamer . Verhuurbedrijf kwam met chloor maar dat helpt niet. Er zal iets in de constructie niet goed zijn. Er mist een droogrek. Je kunt nergens je standlaken of was ophangen Tv alleen Italiaanse zenders, geen wifi . Zeer onvriendelijke vaste bewoners in het complex. We voelde ons helemaal niet welkom. Nare sfeer bij het zwembad. Haantjes gedrag, zaten in grote groep bijeen . Het blijkt ( stond nergens vermeld) dat elk appartement z’n eigen plek met 2 ligbedden en parasol heeft bij het zwembad en dat je deze niet mag verplaatsen. Toen we dat wel deden kwam er een zeer onaangename confrontatie met een vaste bewoner. Schreeuwen zelfs meerdere keren. Intimiderend. Wil je onder water zwemmen moet je een badmuts dragen. Staat ook nergens vermeld . Werden we ook zeer onvriendelijk op gewezen
