    Localização excelente de frente a praia do Atalaia, é uma praia mais calma e deserta durante a semana, tem comercios proximos mas tem que ir de carro, piscina boa para as crianças, o apartamento é lindo e com muito conforto, teve ar condicionado nos 2 quartos e na sala, 2 banheiros, bom demais, os funcionários muito solicitos, receptivos, ajudaram muito.

    Teve duas noites que ficou sem energia e com o calor ficou impossivel dormir, mesmo com as janelas abertas, mas imprevistos acontecem e não a ver com o condomínio em si e sim com o bairro ou o poste de la!
