    Sitting watching the best view in comfort

    Perfect view, from planes flying into airport, the beach, harbour and up the coast to Abel Tasman. Probably one of the best views in Nelson

    Plenty of different comfortable spaces for our extended family & great big sofas. The garage was a big plus coming back from day trips and just dumping dirty or wet gear before heading into house.
