Accommodation and food is top notch, but if it's safari you want, there are better places to go.
The reception on arrival and buffet meals were very good, one cannot complain about that, there's more than enough choice for everyone. The room was neat and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Accessibility is good, even for people who need some help, since there's an elevator and ramps to help you bypass the stairs.
The safari experience did not live up to our expectations. We have done several safaris in the past already, and this one is unfortunately ranked at the bottom. The safari vehicles are too big to render a good and understandable safari experience. 20 people in 1 truck is too much, this should be brought down to 9 people per vehicle as most safari experiences offer, so that one can understand the guide at least. There seems to be only a limited number of game present on the reserve, compared to other safari experiences we saw very little. There is also little guidance about the safari organisation, you have to find out by yourself or ask someone to get the correct information.

Ideaal resort om luxeverblijf te combineren met gamedrives voor 1 of 2 nachten
Van ontvangst met glaasje bubbels tot de inbegrepen game-drives was dit een perfect verblijf. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer ruime kamer (we hadden wel een Premium kamer genomen), wellness-faciliteiten, parking,... alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en niets was te veel gevraagd. Ruim voldoende ligstoelen aan het zwembad, ook al vrees ik dat tijdens hoogseizoen dit wel eens een probleem zou kunnen vormen. Kan natuurlijk wel zijn dat ze er dan nog meer buiten zetten gezien er nog meer dan voldoende plaats voor was.
Zwembadwater was nog te koud om in te zwemmen, maar in hoogseizoen zal dit wel anders zijn. Binnenzwembad van de wellness (inbegrepen bij premium-kamer) was wel verwarmd. Enige echte minpuntje vonden wij dat het zowel 's middags als 's avond buffet was. Voor een dergelijke prijsklasse verwacht je 's avonds wel tafelbediening. 2x buffet deed me te veel denken aan de All-inclusive hotels. Kwaliteit van eten was OK, maar ook geen uitschieter. Vandaar de iets mindere score prijs/kwaliteit.

O quarto ao lado estava uma família que ficava falando muito alto e deixava a porta aberta, então tinha dificuldade para descansar.
