Pleasant stay but needs areas of improvement especially quality of food served in the restaurants .
It’s a nice hotel situated very close to the beach . We stayed in a deluxe room with sea facing view . Room was very spacious , airy with a big bathroom . The view was magnificent facing the sea . It had a spa on site a beach club and a large pool . Breakfast was included and the restaurant staff was very accommodating and nice . Himesh in the restaurant was extremely helpful and helped my husband who had food allergies pick the right food items . It also had a gem and jewelry shop and a handicrafts shop on site in the lobby . Happy hours from 5-7 was 50 percent off in the lounge just off the lobby.
Front office staff need better customer service . The wooden elephants everywhere were a bit intimidating. The spa was underwhelming overall except for the therapists who did a really good job . But the spa lobby wasn’t up to par for this 5 star hotel . The food at dinner for a Buffett needs to improve on both presentation , quality and options .
