Experiencia Básica y Limitada.
Las instalaciones son de gran calidad, las piscinas y los restaurantes son por demás limpios y muy elegantes.
La atención del personal en Veranda y Jarana fue muy limitada, no son proactivos, no se comunican y NO te hacen pasar una grata experiencia, ya No dan el cóctel de bienvenida que daban antes y tampoco te ponen panes cuando vas a almorzar, como si lo hacen otros hoteles de la misma categoría en la zona, la comida es de sabor promedio No de un hotel de categoría, yo le daría un 7/10.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas...
Que se arregló un precio y me cobraron otro. BOOKING comprendió mi situación de que no podía quedarme 1 dia mas e hizo lo correcto, pero cuando llegue me cobraron ese dia qué no me quedaba. Y la respuesta era o pagaba eso o me iba. Una vergüenza
