    Samotné ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné a útulné.

    Vybavenie kuchyne nebolo dostatočné. Pod posteľami bolo dosť prachu a najviac nás nepotešilo to, že sme hodinu čakali vonku s dieťaťom, keďže čip nefungoval na otvorenie apartmánu a nevedeli sme sa dostať von, online služba bola zabezpečená telefonicky, ale dovolali sme sa až na nejaký 2.-3. krát. Tam sme dostali odpoveď čakať na inštrukcie, ale až o nejakých 20 min sme konečne obdržali sms s možnosťou otvoriť apartmán cez mobilnú aplikáciu. Osobne túto časť pobytu považujem za nešťastnú, keďže sme boli vonku na chlade s dieťaťom a keby nemáme mobil s internetom, nie je nik, kto by nás pustil dnu, do zaplateného apartmánu. Následne sme museli apartmán otvárať vždy iba cez mobil, lebo nám nik už nezabezpečil čip.

    Sympa mais des petites bricoles à améliorer

    La proximité avec les transports en commun notamment le métro et le tram

    La table à manger basculait un petit coup de tournevis aurai été le bienvenu alors on a pas osé manger dessus au risque que que la caution de 250€ ne soit pas rendu . Il faisait chaud dans l’appartement on etait obliger d’ouvrir constamment la fenêtre ! Je pense qu’il faudrai revoir la porte de la douche qui laisse passer l’eau a travers on peut le voir avec le parquet gondolé.

    Absolute Perfection in the Heart of Vienna!

    Our stay was nothing short of perfect! The hotel is renovated to the highest standard, with incredible attention to detail—it's clear that everything was designed with top quality in mind. > The stunning gardens in both the front and back offer a peaceful, suburban feel right in the center of the city. Check-in was electronic, super smooth, and came with detailed, perfect instructions. On top of that, customer service was insanely responsive, providing instant answers and helpful updates throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
