    Parkmögluchkeit nicht gegeben Zimmer unsauber: Krümel in Schüben, Geschirrspüler voll mit Geschirr Hygieneartikel fast leer Es kam einem so vor, als hätte zuvor eine sehr sporadische Zimmeraufbereitung stattgefunden. Nach dem Kontakt mit dem Unternehmen wurden Bilder eingereicht. Bis zum heutigen Tag gab es leider keine Rückmeldung.

    Comfortable apartment walking distance to the city centre.

    A comfortable spacious apartment walking distance to the city centre. It was quiet at night. Two big supermarkets nearby and lots of places to eat.

    The management is central - it seems it is not even in Leipzig, which impedes them solving problems. They ask you lots of questions and ask you to send photos but they are unable to send someone to deal with the problem (though we stayed there for 4 nights). Luckily, our problem was not really of importance - our TV didn't function. Just imagine if it were something more serious - like you are unable to get into the apartment (they have a lock that you have to open through an App using Internet) or something else. Luckily, everything was fine during our stay and eventually they even send us a code for the door (after we had asked for it several times) - which allows you to get in without using your mobile.
