    Unacceptable for price

    Old ceiling very old mildew looking in room ceiling and spots plugs in some walls beds were ok Window shades had to pull down w hand ! A/ C very old and didn’t keep cool temp I selected Left t hotel in wee hours which I never do but was that uncomfortable ! Not worth the money it cost at all for my room especially since I’m a genius VIP member Do not recommend …

    Great stay

    All around solid hotel choice in Pigeon Forge. We have stayed there twice- we will be back again.

    The staff was very polite, cheerful, and friendly. The location is perfect for walking to the many attractions in Pigeon Forge. We loved the fire pit and that they provided marshmallows! The pillows were good and not the flimsy- flat pillows that are normally found in hotels. The free breakfast was really delicious and a nice touch.

    While overall the property was clean, our room had boot tracks on the floor and when we wiped water up after showering, the rag was very dirty. The rest of the room was fine. The mattress was very uncomfortable and we both woke up numerous times.
