    Superb

Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Staff were really helpful and pleasant.

For seeing Rome, there's a bit of transport planning required as the location isn't central.

    Superb

Very comfortable, beautiful, well equipped, clean, super friendly owner, wifi, workspace. The distance to town is alright, but the bus can be very packed.

You can hear everything happening in the bedrooms next door and from the neighbours above. The bathroom is across the hall from the room - which was advertised - but it is not an issue at all!! It's nice, big and clean, but connects with the other rooms bathroom by a small window, so you hear a lot what's happening next doors
