  Il manquait une manivelle pour les stores extérieurs du balcon. Je l’ai indiqué le dimanche au personnel et la manivelle a été organisée le vendredi. Un peu lent…

  Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.

  Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. Upon arrival, we discovered that the gas supply to the property had not even been switched on before guest check-in. As a result, the apartment had: * no hot water * no heating/radiators * no working stove or cooking facilities The boiler was completely non-functional because there was no active gas supply to the property. We were travelling with CHILDREN and were forced to endure a cold night with insufficient bedding and no heating. No heating, no duvet just dirty blanket, no hot water, we couldn't sleep and I became unwell as it was cold! What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of support or communication from the property. Despite numerous phone calls, text messages, and repeated messages through Booking.com, nobody responded at all until the following day. Leaving guests — especially families with children — without heating, hot water, or any assistance overnight is completely unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it appears previous guests have also experienced similar heating-related issues. Got me thinking it's a way of operating. The only “solution” initially offered was free WiFi, (Yep..they charge for WiFi as stated on the listing). This was insulting and entirely irrelevant given the absence of essential utilities and basic living conditions. Refund requests were refused until escalation was mentioned. This entire experience caused unnecessary stress, discomfort, and disruption to our family trip. The location itself may be convenient, but basic safety, habitability, and guest care standards were clearly not met.

  The apartment was perfect for us. First of all, the location is excellent – close to the sea, shops, the city center, and even the train station. It has everything you need and even more: from bed linen and towels to all the essentials for the kitchen. The apartment was very clean, well arranged, and spacious – it was ideal for 5 adults!
