    Close to club, pub, restaurants and shops. Plenty of parking for boat and JetSki.

    No air con or fans which was very hot and not able to cool down making it uncomfortable to sleep. 1 pedestal fan is not sufficient unfortunately.

    The place is a very basic beach shack. Not near shops or the beach.

    The place was clean.

    They did not advise us when the property was available after cleaning. The access from the carport was hazardous and awkward, it required a step. The stairs from the road were uneven and steep. The gate to the washing line needs repairing. The gardens needed major maintenance, tall weeds made them unusable. The view was obscured by excessive plant growth and bushy trees. The single beds were uncomfortable. We expected an original building of an asbestos beach shack, but it was worn and not maintained. Sticky doors and windows, faulty light bulbs. The decor was also original, it requires updating. There are no air-con, heating, or ceiling fans. The TV was poor and small. Insufficient dining room or lounge chairs for 6 people. The crockery was all mismatched odds from the op shop.
