We had two rooms. In one of the rooms, the AC was performing poorly. And the Japanese toilet did not function at all. After texting back and forth with the staff, I managed to reset te AC myself. But the toilet remained broken. Not a word from the staff or an offer to come and fix it. I just left it at that. But this is not how you treat guests that contact you for help.

Met the Need
Just enough space for our luggage. The room was simple and clean. The bathroom also was a nice size, just a low shower head. It was also a short walk from two train stations which was nice for traveling around the city.
The low hanging light was in the way of moving around which was a little annoying. The space was good for its price, but it had some wear and tear evident on the floors and walls. That made it seem a little less clean unfortunately.
