  Perfect Stay in Every Way!

I loved everything about the property! The location was excellent, next to MOMS Organic Market and Mosaic Shopping Center. The room was super cozy and pillows were amazing! Staff was super friendly and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. They even had gluten free bread, bagels and oatmeal. Definitely a 10 star hotel!

Exceptional Stay and Outstanding Customer Service

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both experiences have been excellent from start to finish. The hotel provides a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment that makes every stay enjoyable. The rooms are well-maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall service from the team creates a great guest experience. What impressed me the most is the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and it is clear that the hotel takes pride in making guests feel valued and comfortable. A special thank you to Lloyd, who went above and beyond during both of my stays. He was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming, and he always made sure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to assist made my stays even better. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service and truly cares about the guest experience. Lloyd is a great representation of the hospitality this hotel provides, and I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized by management. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a great experience. I look forward to returning and staying here again in the future.

  World Class at the Mosaic

My wife and I recently stayed at the Archer Hotel at Mosaic, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Although we arrived late in the evening, Mohammed at the front desk welcomed us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. He made check-in effortless and helped us get settled into a beautiful king suite. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with a large, comfortable shower that made it feel like a true retreat. We especially loved the fresh lemongrass-scented LATHER body wash and toiletries—they were a wonderful touch. Everything smelled fresh, looked spotless, and created the perfect atmosphere for rest and relaxation. We left feeling completely recharged and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you to Mohammed and the entire Archer team for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Archer Hotel at Mosaic to anyone looking for a first-class stay.

The staff was really friendly and professional. That includes everyone at the front desk and the housekeeping staff we would pass in the hallway. Also liked how clean the property was. It was a beautiful place. The location is great - just walk out the door for shopping and restaurants. Finally I appreciated the security- can’t get on to a floor without a key card.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I’ll be going back soon.
