    Tutto perfetto.. posizione , pulizia , staff attento e sempre disponibile

    Bella l apertura del portone e dell allogio con il telefono, ma senza chiave è sempre un po così

    Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Liegt seht zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Alles ist schnell erreichbar inkl. Bustransfer oder Abholung durch Uber. Eine Haltestelle ist direkt gegenüber auf der Straße. Ideal um ein paar Tage in Sevilla zu verbringen. Es gibt tolle Bars und Cafes direkt in der Nähe. Ich konnte vor dem offiziellen Check bereits in die Unterkunft. Der Kundenservice war jederzeit telefonisch und über die App verfügbar. Es gab zwischendrin Probleme mit dem Zugang per App aber es würde sofort durch den Support behoben. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr kurzfristig und hilfsbereit.

    Der Zutritt geht nur über ein Smartphone mit Internet. Das muss man vorher wissen. Es gibt keinen physischen Schlüssel. Man muss also immer Internet und ein aufgeladenes Telefon haben um in die Wohnung zu kommen. Ich hätte mir gern als zusätzliche Sicherheit einen physischen Schlüssel gewünscht.

    El piso está muy bien ubicado y al ser interior es bastante silencioso. Tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodos.

    Lo céntrico que estaba y la amabilidad del personal. Estuvieron atentos desde el primer momento hasta el último día.
