Great location to meet our friends, comfortable house to relax in.
Location, size and price. Everything we needed more or less for the few days we stayed.
Limited kitchen utensils, compostable bags not available for food waste, teapot would be good and only one tea towel.

It was perfect for our weekend in Lincoln.
Everything! Cosy, comfortable, everything to make you feel at home. If you’re staying here.. be aware.. it will be a struggle to get out of bed because the pillows are the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on! 10 out of 10 for the property.
Nothing to dislike. We liked everything!

The cottage is siutuated within flat easy walking distance of the Cathedral Quarter which was ideal for my purposes, with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs to choose from and a small shop a couple of minutes walk away which stocked all the essentials. Buses run past the end of the road to take you down into the city centre at the bottom of the hill (and up again!). The cottage is very well equipped and has a good size shower in the bathroom as well as a bath. There was very little noise extraneouse noise and I slept very well. Though not particularly private, it was lovely to be able to sit out on the patio at the back of the house and eat. I would certainly consider staying here again if I were coming to Lincoln. The hosts were very prompt in their communications giving all the relevant information that I needed.
