Great stay in Palermo. Would book this apartment again.
Great location close to everything in upscale neighborhood. Spotlessly clean, quiet apartment with everything we needed. Fabio was a terrific and attentive host!

Worked well enough for our stay
Location was excellent
Linen on the bed was poor - one thin sheet and no doona or blanket - with arircon on it was freezing / with aircon off it was too hot. Furniture in lounge was not very good - 1 sofa, no easy chairs, no coffee table. Building very old (in old part of town) - 8 stairs to get to lift entrance and lift very very old.

Sehr praktisch und modern aufgeteilte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht! Exzellente Lage und ein sehr interaktiver und aufmerksamer Gastgeber (ständiger Austausch über WA - keine persönliche Begegnung- was in unserem Fall zu keiner Zeit negativ erschien)! Wenn man nur in Palermo und dem Stadtstrand Mondello bleiben möchte…. braucht man auf keinen Fall ein Auto…. Hier hätte man nur Stress mit Parken und dem typisch italienischem Verkehr. Diese Wohnung liegt logistisch optimal und bietet sich für einen reinen Palermo-Urlaub optimal an. Idealerweise für eine 4-6 köpfige Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden.
Nur Kleinigkeiten: Sofa- Rechtes Sitzpolster hatte einen kleinen Defekt Geschirr und Besteck könnte etwas üppiger bestückt sein Der Preis könnte etwas besser sein
