  The hotel is located in an excellent area and the view is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, however, our experience with the room and the way our requests were handled was extremely disappointing.

  We booked a specific room through Booking.com, and when we arrived at the hotel, we were given a completely different room. We were told that this was an “upgrade,” but we had never requested an upgrade or agreed to change the room we had originally booked. In reality, the so-called upgraded room was not suitable for us at all. The layout involved numerous stairs, meaning that we constantly had to go up and down steps just to move around and access different parts of the room. Instead of feeling like an upgrad e, it made our stay significantly less comfortable and convenient. My husband went to reception and politely asked to be moved to the room that we had actually booked and paid for through Booking.com. We were then told that our original room was already occupied and therefore unavailable. This was extremely frustrating. If a guest reserves a specific room, that room should not simply be given to somebody else and replaced with a different room under the explanation that it is an “upgrade.” An upgrade should be an improvement for the guest, not a decision made without the g uest’s agreement that leaves them unable to receive the accommodation they originally selected and booked. Another issue that made us very uncomfortable was the lack of respect for our privacy. We specifically asked the hotel staff NOT to enter our room and NOT to clean it during our stay. This was not a vague request or a misunderstanding — we explicitly asked them not to enter. Despite this, whenever we left the room, staff still entered and began cleaning it. For us, this was a serious issue. Once a guest clearly asks hotel staff not to enter their room, that request should be respected.   Soggiorno meraviglioso

  Hotel con servizi di qualità e ambienti confortevoli. La colazione è stata molto buona, con un’ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile. La posizione è comoda e la possibilità di noleggiare uno scooter è sicuramente un valore aggiunto, perché permette di spostarsi facilmente e raggiungere in poco tempo diversi luoghi di interesse. La suite era molto ampia e spaziosa, con una bella vista e una vasca idromassaggio esterna che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva, con servizi curati e un buon livello di comfort. Struttura consigliata.

  Tolles Hotel mit exzellentem Service

  Gutes Frühstück mit exzellentem Service, sehr freundliches Personal. Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und super Aussicht. 3 Badebuchten sind fussläufig zwischen 1 und 15 Minuten erreichbar. Klasse war auch der kostenlose Late Check Out. Personal war stets bemüht und begeisterte uns mit tollem Service. Hotel liegt etwas ruhiger, ca 20 Minuten Fahrt von Mykonos City. Busverbindungen bis ca 18 Uhr verfügbar, Busstation in 3 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar.
