    The front entrance/llobby needs a bit of care, clean carpet and maybe a lounge and some chairs as a waiting area.

    Enjoyable stay in an interesting neighborhood.

    Great location, well equipped kitchen, spacious apartment, good furniture, nice decoration. Right quality of mattresses on the beds. Free parking with good accessibility. All electronics work as needed.

    One open toilet in the shared bathroom is not very practical when traveling with friends.
