Buona.
Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di Assisi a piedi. Comoda anche per il vicinissimo parcheggio. Ha bar e ristoranti vicini. Camere con arredi essenziali. Pulita e ordinata. Proprietario gentile e disponibilissimo. Consigliato
Migliorei i tendaggi un pò trasandati. In autunno e primavera va bene. Per l'es5ate non saprei, non ho visto condizionatori. Aggiungerei un bollitore per acqua e una macchina automatica per caffè nella stanza per renderla più accogliente e fruibile per le necessita minime. Semmai nella parte comune un distributore di bottigliette di acqua.
