דירה מיוחדת, גדולה מרווחת מצויידת ומאובזרת. משפחה עם 4 ילדים והיה לנו מאוד נוח. מיקוח מצויין, דירה גדולה ונקיה. משופצת ומגוונת. 2 חדרי רחצה, 2 חדרי שינה וסלון גדול עם ספה. מטבח פינת אוכל ומרפסת קטנה. הצוות זמין תמיד בוואטסאפ אבל לא נותן מעבר למה שבדירה
הדירה בבניין ישן בקומה 4 ללא מעלית. המים בכיורים והמקלחות יורדים לאט (צנרת ישנה) היינו עם רכב ושילמנו המון על חניה ועל נסיעות באזור c .

Overall the stay was fine, with a great location and quiet surroundings, though some issues like dampness, a broken show
It is quite centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood, right next to a beautiful park. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the area. Having a Carrefour just around the corner made it very convenient to shop for anything me and my group needed. You can also reach the main tourist attractions quite easily — either a 15–20 minute walk or by public transport, with tram and metro stations just 5–10 minutes away on foot.
There was dampness in the apartment (master bedroom, kitchen, and living room), which I found unacceptable to rent out without fixing. For me, as someone with allergies, it was a serious issue because it made it hard to breathe and caused discomfort. Even without allergies, it’s unpleasant, as you wake up with a stuffy nose. The main bathroom shower head was broken, and although I reported it and the host said someone would come to fix it, no one came and I didn’t receive any further response during our stay. Another drawback is that the apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, which can be tiring for some guests.

Беше чудесно! Апартамента си има всичко необходимо. Има две бани, което е удобство. На хубаво място е, до магазин Карфур на две минути.
Може да има още спално бельо. Няма асансьор, но това го знаехме. Иначе всичко е супер.
