    There was nothing to be liked about the property. All information provided on Booking.com by property is false. My apartment said it had AC, however when we arrived there was no AC. We left the property same day and expected refund, however there staff was not at all supportive and did not responded to our calls or complains.

    Staff extremely rude and non cooperative. False information provided about property on Booking.com. I checked out the same day as I checked inn as apartment was inhabitable during pick summer. I requested refund however my request was ignored and not responded by property. I lost £15,000 for my stay with the property and not refunded even though I did not stay at property.

    Incredible property, beautiful decor and facilities

    Incredible property! Right in the centre of London. Was so easy to walk to Oxford street, we went for dinner and were able to walk home in the evening, the decor of the apartment was beautiful and check in and check out was really easy. Will definitely be staying here again.

    Wish we could have stayed longer!
