False advertising
Τhe location is in the center
I do not recommend this property. The listing advertises heating, but none was provided despite temperatures dropping to 0°C at night. When we informed the owner, he dismissed our concern, stating that because the central heating is controlled externally, he couldn't do anything because the weather was supposedly still fine. He then ignored our follow-up messages cause of course he knew there is no heating and it is central Coming back from the rain to a cold house with no heat made my husband and children sick, we got medicine from shopping center farmacy. He insists house is 20 degrees inside. It is up to me to decide the temperature in the house my kids sleep not him. I will file an official compaint with KkV, ECc and booking for false advertising. Furthermore, basic amenities were non-functional or unhygienic: No Working Oven: The oven didn't work, and the owner stated it would take time to fix. Mold Hazard: The American coffee machine was completely full of mold. uncomfortable: The bathroom was uncomfortable, and really small. Heating should not be listed as an available amenity if guests cannot use it. Inaccurate listing and unresponsive host.

Bien, pero mejorable.
Muy buena ubicación. Cerca de autobuses, supermercados, museos, oficina de turismo y las calles principales del pueblo. Tranquilo. Camas muy cómodas. Buen contacto con el anfitrión. Pudimos entrar un poco antes de la hora del check-in, algo que agradecemos mucho porque íbamos cargados y con una niña.
El cuarto de baño bastante más antiguo que el resto del apartamento. En la cocina apenas había sitio para dejar nada y no hay campana extractora. La limpieza puede mejorar, encontramos restos de bolsas de galletas y otras cosas debajo del sofá; el sofá además está bastante sucio.

Muy bien situado. Cerca del centro y con la parada del bus que va al aeropuerto y a Santa Claus Village casi en la puerta.
