Quiet stay with good value for money.
The place is quiet but equipped with restaurants. There is a nice and new tennis/pickle ball court right next door. The room with terrance is bright and spacious. There is a beautiful rice terrace across the road. The place is conveniently connected to attractions in Ubud.
There is no reception and since the "Do not disturb" pad was hanged on the terrance, I had been confused that no one was cleaning my room until the last day when I noticed. It is located on a main road but it is quite narrow and dark at night, and the way to center Ubud is quite hilly, so it's basically not walkable and you have to grab a car or motor or drive.

鳥の観察に最高
トイレとシャワーが離れていてトイレが濡れることがなかった。 シンプルなお部屋。テレビに自分のスマホがつなげて見られる。
洗面所の排水が悪かった。 水のタンクが空だった。自分で買うの？わからなかった。

Such a hidden gem in Ubud. The rooms are small but surrounded by glass, so all you see is nature, and it feels incredibly private and peaceful. There are also great restaurants and cafés nearby. For the price you really can’t beat it. I would definitely stay again and especially recommend the room at the far end for maximum privacy it feels like your own little sanctuary.
