A Disappointing Stay and a Complete Lack of Customer Service I made a reservation through Booking.com after carefully reviewing the available room options. I specifically chose a triple room with a large bed to ensure my comfort. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that none of the room types advertised on the platform were actually available and that the room options had been incorrectly listed in their system. Instead of the room I had selected and booked, I was given a double room. As a result, I had to compromise on my comfort and pay an additional €8, leaving me financially disadvantaged. I asked the reception staff to resolve the issue or refund the price difference, but they refused to offer any solution. Not the slightest effort was made to address my complaint or ensure customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, the jacuzzi was extremely dirty. The overall experience fell far below acceptable standards in terms of both hygiene and comfort. It is unacceptable for a hotel to advertise and sell room types that it cannot actually provide, and then make no effort to resolve the inconvenience caused to its guests. The problem was not simply that I was given the wrong room; it was the hotel’s complete failure to take responsibility for its own mistake and its willingness to leave a paying customer at a disadvantage. This experience demonstrated a complete disregard for guests’ time, money, comfort, and trust. I would not recommend this hotel to others and strongly advise future guests to think carefully before making a reservation.
