El apartamento está bien, con todo lo necesario, mucho menaje sobre todo, muy limpio y nuevo, decorado con buen gusto.
Le falta luz natural, el salón parece una cueva, y espacio de almacenamiento en las habitaciones. Pero todo eso no tendría importancia y sería un alojamiento estupendo si no fuera por el insoportable olor, mosquitos y ruidos de la zona que hacen que sea imposible abrir las ventanas y, por ello, hace un calor horrible por las noches dificultando el descanso, el aire acondicionado solo está en el salón. Está ubicado al final de la zona portuaria en una zona llena de restaurantes y lonjas de pescado que desprenden un olor insoportable, también hay que convivir con el incesante graznido de las gaviotas. La ubicación tampoco es buena ya que está en un extremo de la ciudad demasiado apartado para mí gusto. Añadir que NO tiene parking, es el del puerto y es de pago, es muy barato pero eso no quita para que se anuncie como que tiene parking.

Spacious modern and well equipped apartment
We really liked our stay in Lagos. The apartment was very modern, well equipped and spacious. We had plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils in the kitchen. As we stayed in Portugal for a few weeks it was great to use the washing machine and the dishwasher to avoid unnecessary chores. I was a bit worried about the early noise from the fishermen as noted in a couple of reviews, but the windows are very well insulated and we all slept really well. We enjoyed the possibility to catch a tram to Porto, it takes about 25 minutes and you get off nearby Porto's town hall. There are also many great fish restaurants just a few steps away, so plenty of choice where to eat. Our host was very helpful, friendly and proactive so we got all the check in information in advance and had a smooth check in using a door code. There is a near carpark for a great price, so it was also very convenient.
We would have like to have the beach a bit closer, it may take 10-15 mins to walk there. Though once you get there, the beach is long and wide with plenty of space and options for volleyball, surf schools and other.
