Gem of a property in an ideal location.
What an outstanding apartment. In the heart of everything. 2mins to beach, 10 mins to centre of old town, 5 mins to harbour and it's restaurants. The roof terrace makes this apartment and is a brilliant space. To be honest inside is equally impressive.
Not a problem for us, but is in centre so can be a bit of noise when on the terrace. With the doors shut couldn't hear a thing from outside though.

Appartamento molto curato all'interno. Bellissimo terrazzo vista mare. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Rethymno
L'edificio in cui è collocato l'appartamento è un po' datato, in particolar modo l'ascensore è vecchio e non sembra del tutto affidabile. L'accesso e l'uscita dal parcheggio privato non è agevole. All'arrivo viene fornita solo una bottiglia d'acqua. Abbiamo trovato in cucina e in bagno oggetti e prodotti usati e lasciati probabilmente da visitatori precedenti. Il terrazzo è bellissimo ma l'arredo non era pulito.
