Good and bad - disappointing really.

A nice apartment, clean and adequate. Good value for the price.

No HWS. This should be stated on the description prior to booking. The bedroom lights do not work - urgent fix required. Request for 1000 php deposit. Not stated in description. WIFI stopped working after just 2 days there. We left early on the 4th day there due to unsuitably.
