  Grande Grecia...

  La posizione perfetta per ogni attività. Centralissima, alla portata di ristoranti, negozi, noleggio vari, porto per escursioni, locker bagagli, servizi vari e tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe aver bisogno. Pulizia ottima. Buona dotazione di servizi interni, dal caffè in capsule alla lavatrice, all'aspirapolvere, all'ombrellone e ai clima in ogni livello (3) tranne in cucina (ventilatore ma sufficiente). Gentile e presente lo staff che ci ha fatto trovare il frigo pieno d'acqua. Inoltre al ritorno in Italia ho letto un loro messaggio che mi chiedeva a metà settimana se avevo bisogno del cambio biancheria (ma avevo il telefono principale spento). Grazie di tutto....

  Qualche utensile da cucina in più non sarebbe male. Il bagno unico andrebbe rivisto totalmente poiché si tratta dell'unico in casa che, peraltro, è prevista fino a 6 persone ed al momento resta insufficiente. Basta poco per rimediare....

  Great place with some caveats

  Great owner, always checked in on us, responded quickly and left us water in the fridge for the first day. Incredible location right in the town centre - good access to bus stops, cafés and souvenir shops. A good amount of space for multiple people (there were 6 of us, only 2 had to share a double bed). Everyone had a shower towel and a fresh set of bed sheets. Comfortable and clean beds. AC on the top 2 floors and a fan for the first floor helps to stay cool. Overall recommended, but be aware of specifics

  Be aware that there is only one small bathroom. Lock at the time of writing falls off, as the screws are not holding the handle properly. The stairs screeched and wobbled. The heater is manual and HAS to be turned off during the shower, otherwise you might get electrocuted. The bathroom can also get quite wet, as the curtain is not great at preventing the water from escaping the shower. WiFi most of the time was atrocious, so if you are planning to work during the trip this may not be a good pick

  We had a great vacation on Skiathos island and excellent stay in Argo’s house.Tge host is extremely kind, responsive and

  The house was in a traditional Greek style with all the necessary amenities and airconditioned. It was spacious enough and at a perfect location close to all the places of interest, the harbour and the main shopping street. The closest beach was less than 10 min walking and the bus stop was close as well. Prime location and very convenient, so zo would recommend it.

  Central location, near lots of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The host is very responsive and kind.

  The lack of doors and noise proof - if you speak in normal voice on the first floor, the people on the third floor can hear every word. The bathroom is very inconvenient - only one located on the first floor, not enough shower space, there's a need to wait for a water boiler (which has to be switched off when showering), lack of ventilation. The beds are very loud - each move can be heard. The wi-fi didn't work at all. Overall the apartment is very dark and it's not suitable for more than 4 people.
