    Could have been better with better service from new Manager. No communications at all.

    Breakfast not included. Spacious clean apartment. Beachfront location. Tranquility atmosphere. We were in CLIFTON BEACH. Luckily, it was sunny weather at most times.

    New Management: No key code to mobile at Clifton beach, as agreed, but via email back in Melbourne!. We waited in the rain with luggage and got in by chance via a guest. No contact at all from Manager. No bed linen change, towels for 14 days. Had to wash bath towels- We only saw Nicole , by chance the next day bringing in the rubbish bins.. She had a chat but no apologies or welcome The sliding doors/ windows were stuck.. Rang Manager, Nicole, for oiling spray for sliding tracks and to fix wobbly, loose bar stools. Someone came to fix- My Request for a bath mat for slippery Spa-bathtub- shower was ignored. I had to buy one. Single beds mattresses need toppers.We woke up with sore backs every day. My daughter Schimene left after 7 days for physio at home in Sydney. I piled up blankets, pillows , cushions to sleep. Back home in Melbourne on Sept.15, I saw an email dated Sept. 9, from Manager Nicole, asking if we needed bed linen change??. Why did she not call or SMS our mobile phones in Clifton beach?? I was so disappointed. We were ignored during our whole stay.Was I supposed to take my desktop computer with me to Clifton Beach?? What about our mobile phones? The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything for a good holiday. BUT the Management is hopelessly lacking. The previous Managers : Tony and Stuart I talked to by phone, were very helpful and nice to me. I did not know they had gone. This is our feedback.

    Great torelax completely.

    We had a 4th floor apartment with a great view. Front to the ocean and back over the carpark and lawn to native bush. Kangaroos grazed on the lawn every day.

    Excellent quiet accomodation with filtered ocean views

    Excellent position across from the beach one floor up. A well maintained lift to all 3 floors. Apartment was well presented with modern and comfortable furnishings. Air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout. A large balcony with two comfortable reading chairs and a table setting for four. A well maintained garden and pool area. On the bus route to Cairns, shops and Palm Cove. Resident wallabies at the back of the property.

    The lighting in the kitchen was poor and made it difficult preparing food in your shadow.

    War ok - mehr aber auch nicht.

    Die Lage am Strand.

    Das Appartement war leider mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Es entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern auf Booking.com. Offenbar gibt es mehrere unterschiedliche Appartements – unseres war deutlich älter und stark abgewohnt. Insgesamt entsprach der Zustand leider nicht unseren Erwartungen und auch nicht dem Eindruck, der durch die Fotos vermittelt wurde.
